How to brew coffee with Passalacqua Moka Pot:

1. Fill the bottom chamber with cold water up to the valve.
2. Place finely ground coffee in the metallic filter. We recommend using a coffee grinder and grinding the beans just before brewing for the best flavor!
3. Insert the filter into the bottom chamber and ensure it is securely in place.
4. Screw the Moka Pot together.
5. Place the coffee maker on the stove over medium-high heat.
6. Wait until the water begins to boil and is pushed up through the filter into the upper chamber.
7. Remove the Moka Pot from the heat when the coffee starts to come up.
8. Let the coffee cool for a moment before serving.
