They meticulously select coffee beans to produce rich flavors and achieve a perfect balance through the art of roasting. Hälla Kafferosteri focuses exclusively on specialty coffee, highlighting the fun, exciting, and unique flavors offered by each coffee bean. Each bean has its own distinct character, and while they occasionally roast to a medium or dark profile, their preference is typically for a light roast in their blends.
I'm Coffee Halmstad
I'm Coffee is a small but passionate company located on the west coast in central Halmstad. Founded by Alpha Ousmane Sow, who hails from Guinea Conakry on the West African coast, I'm Coffee sources specialty coffee from their own plantation and other favorite beans from high-quality plantations worldwide. Alpha, growing up in a farming family with a coffee plantation that has been passed down for generations, wanted to expand the concept and offer exclusive coffee in Sweden, especially in Halmstad where he now resides.
Karma Coffee
Karma's goal is to perfect coffee. They air-roast organic specialty coffee in small batches at their roastery in Järna, using green energy and delivering coffee with eco-friendly methods. They contribute 10 SEK/kg to provide education for young girls in Ethiopia and microloans to their mothers, aiming to alleviate poverty and address climate-related issues. The nutrient-rich coffee grounds left after enjoying your coffee can be used as organic nourishment for your skin or plants.

Strandvejsristeriet
Located near the UNESCO World Heritage site Kronborg Castle, Strandvejsristeriet is North Zealand's first micro-roastery specializing in highest quality specialty coffee. They use the finest beans from around the world to create exceptional coffee blends.
Owned and operated by Peter and Mille, Strandvejsristeriet was born out of their passion for quality coffee and their desire to create a unique environment for true coffee enthusiasts.
Rävgrytet Kafferosteri
Rävgrytet Kafferosteri started as a bed and breakfast aiming to provide guests with home-roasted coffee for breakfast. Starting with a small 300-gram roasting machine, they quickly gained popularity with their own specialty coffee blends. Today, Rävgrytet roasts their specialty coffee blends in a newly built facility in Järvsö, where they also offer coffee tastings and courses.
Coffee should be a moment of enjoyment, whether alone or with friends, in the kitchen, sofa, forest, city, car, beach, garden, or by an open fire. Rävgrytet Kafferosteri takes responsibility in an uncertain world and strives for fairness throughout the coffee chain. They aim for everyone to enjoy a cup of coffee and be fully present. Kompass Kafferosteri
Märta and Philip found each other through their shared passion for coffee. After many years in the coffee industry, they moved to Ystad to start the city's first micro-roastery for specialty coffee, Kompass Kafferosteri.
The coffee you hold in your hand, or soon will, is carefully selected and roasted with great care. Their goal is to make sustainable choices that harmonize with farmers, climate, and taste palettes. Kompass Kafferosteri is your reliable companion in everyday life, always ready to support you – whether you're waking up, out in nature, at a party, or in need of something warm and familiar.
Given that Swedes on average drink nearly four cups a day, it's a great joy to be able to enjoy really good coffee every day!
