How to Brew Great Drip Coffee:

1. Choose your coffee: You can opt for whole beans or pre-ground coffee, but for the best flavor, we recommend investing in a coffee grinder and using whole coffee beans.
2. Grinding and grind size: To preserve maximum freshness and flavor, grind the coffee beans just before brewing. For drip coffee, it's best to choose a grind size similar to granulated sugar, meaning a medium coarseness to ensure even extraction and a clean flavor profile.
3. Use the right filter: The choice of filter affects the flavor of the coffee. For the best taste and to reduce waste, consider using a reusable filter instead of disposable ones. For example, a SeleXions Gold Filter.
4. Correct proportions: Measure the right amount of coffee and water to achieve the desired strength and flavor. Use a scale to be precise, with a general guideline of about 7 grams of coffee per deciliter of water.
5. Water quality: Use clean and fresh water to avoid negatively affecting the taste of the coffee. We recommend using a water bottle that has only been used for water to fill the water tank to avoid affecting the taste of the coffee.
6. Serve immediately or use a thermos: To preserve the freshness and aroma of the coffee, serve it immediately after brewing. If you don't plan to drink it all at once, pour the remaining coffee into a thermos to keep it warm and fresh for longer.
