How to brew a perfect cup of drip coffee with your Moccamaster coffee maker:

• Fill the water reservoir with the desired number of coffee cups.
• Place a coffee filter in the holder and pour in the desired amount of ground coffee. For the best flavor, we usually recommend about 60-70g of freshly ground coffee per liter of water.
• Close the lid and place the filter holder back on the coffee maker.
• Press down the switch to start brewing. The automatic process kicks in.
• When the coffee is ready, pour it into the cups and enjoy your freshly brewed cup of coffee!
