Hario V60 Coffee Dripper

This is a plastic version of the Hario V60 porcelain dripper, it is both lightweight and durable. Perfect for home, office, or even on a trip. This coffee dripper is an excellent tool for making pour-over coffee, or drip coffee as it is also called.

How to Brew Drip Coffee:

1. Insert a Hario size 2 paper filter into the coffee dripper and place it on top of a coffee cup or server, such as the Hario Range Server.
2. Boil water and pour a little over the empty filter (this removes the paper taste from the coffee filter and warms up the cup or server).
3. Grind coffee. While pre-ground coffee works, for the best flavor, we recommend using whole coffee beans that you grind with a coffee grinder just before brewing. The grind size should be slightly coarser, similar to granulated sugar in coarseness.
4. Pour in 15-20g of coffee per cup into the filter.
5. Pour a small amount of water over the coffee and let it bloom for about 30 seconds. This is called blooming and it releases carbon dioxide, enhancing the flavor and aroma of the coffee.
6. Pour the remaining water over the coffee in a circular motion and let it flow through the coffee.
7. And there you have it, discard the paper filter and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee!
