How to use an Aeropress?

1. Place the filter in the filter holder.
2. Securely attach the filter holder to the bottom.
3. Measure out 17 grams of freshly ground coffee, slightly finer than usual.
4. First pour 50 ml of water at 83 degrees Celsius and let it bloom for 40 seconds.
5. Then slowly pour 215 ml of water at 79 degrees Celsius over 30 seconds.
6. Then slowly press down the plunger.
7. Ready to serve!
