How to brew coffee in an Aeropress coffee maker?

1. Place the filter in the filter holder and rinse it gently with hot water to remove the paper taste, alternatively, use a reusable stainless steel filter.
2. Then securely attach the filter holder.
3. Measure out 17 grams of freshly ground coffee, slightly coarser than for regular brewing.
4. First pour about 50 ml of water at 83 degrees Celsius and let it bloom for 40 seconds.
5. Then slowly pour 215 ml of water at 79 degrees Celsius over 30 seconds.
6. Then slowly press down the plunger for an additional 30 seconds to enjoy your coffee experience.
