Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order will be added to the checkout, including any shipping and payment charges, as well as VAT.

Deliveries

We start shipping the Coffee Advent Calendar on the 1 November.
We offer the following delivery methods:

Delivery with DHL
The shipping fee is calculated in the checkout depending on your shipping address. Delivery time may vary slightly during peak season. Delivery time is currently 2-5 business days after start of shipping (i.e. from 1 November).

Please note: A €19 fee will be applied if your parcel is not collected from the pickup point.

Return Policy

Food is not covered by the EU regulated “right to cancel and return your goods within 14 days” as it is a product of limited durability. If the product is shipping damaged, defective or if we have packed incorrectly, we would like you to contact us as soon as possible at info(at)coffeeadventcalendar.com and we will help you get a new product.

Processing of your personal data

When buying:
When you shop with us, we will store your name, address, email, phone, IP address and purchased goods in order to fulfill our part of the purchase contract. You can request an excerpt at any time about what information we stored about you. Mail us at info(at)coffeeadventcalendar.com and we will help you with this

Newsletter:

When you sign up for our newsletter (via link on the website or in conjunction with a purchase) we will save your mail. We use it to send out newsletters (ie when the calendar is released for sale or other important events). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter, or by e-mail us at info(at)coffeeadventcalendar.com.
