Founded by a visionary coffee enthusiast who dreamed of bringing the best coffee beans from distant corners of the globe to their home country, Finland. TADAH Roastery:
TADAH Roastery is a coffee roastery based in Lenhovda, Småland—an area also known as the Kingdom of Crystal in Småland. The roastery was founded by Julia and Michael, originally from Germany, who moved to Småland in 2019 to pursue their passion for roasting and brewing coffee, experimenting with new blends, and sharing their love for coffee with fellow enthusiasts.

TADAH Roastery customizes roast profiles to bring out the full flavor of each coffee bean. They roast their beans at temperatures between 200–220°C for 12–18 minutes, and once roasted, the beans are cooled only by air to preserve their amazing taste.

The name TADAH Roastery comes from “TAAADAAAAH, here comes the coffee!” — how fun is that?

Stoked Coffee Roasters:
Stoked Coffee Roasters is a small roastery in northern Sweden, founded by Grant Reimer — a surfer from Santa Cruz who swapped California’s beaches for the forests of Norrland. After moving to Piteå in 2014 and spending a few years experimenting with a small roaster on weekends, he eventually settled in Sundsvall. What started as a hobby project has grown into a passionate roastery focused on heart, community, and great coffee.

Together with close friends, family, and the little roasting machine Granny Giesen — one of the first of its kind — Grant roasts coffee with care. Stoked is about more than just coffee; it’s about building community through flavor, design, and good vibes. Batch by batch, cup by cup.

Balck Coffee:
Balck Coffee was started by Sebastian Balck in a garage in Kalmar with a small roaster and a big idea — to make coffee more transparent, fair, and truly delicious. Sebastian’s passion for coffee grew through travels to Italy and meetings with coffee farmers around the world.

Here, every batch is roasted with respect for both the raw beans and the people behind them. Balck is about more than just coffee — it’s about community, design, and making a difference. From farm to cup, with heart every step of the way.
